We’ve all heard the saying, "A moment on the lips, forever on the hips." But enjoying your favorite savory treats doesn’t have to come with the extra guilt. Gone are the days of sacrificing flavor for results. 

When it comes to your fitness regimen, staying disciplined requires some serious willpower. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. But let’s face it. We don’t always have time to prep our meals for the week ahead. Even if we do, we can’t pull out the Tupperware when meeting with clients at a restaurant. 

This list of healthier menu options from some of our favorite restaurants will help you stay on track when cooking in the kitchen is just not in the cards. So, whether you’re on the go, out for a romantic night on the town or even just grabbing something to take home, you can enjoy these menu items without worrying about your waistline. So if you’re looking for something high in flavor, high in protein, but also low in fat and won’t leave you hungry, check out Dreamland’s Bob’s salad and the smoked half chicken plate.Bob’s Salad is a blend of romaine lettuce topped with cooked bell peppers, purple onions and diced pineapple, pulled white meat chicken, two cooked tomatoes, and jalapeños for a little kick.
