Resolve To Be A Better You - Spiritual

Spiritual growth is an important part of living a full, rewarding life. Are you increasing in love? In joy? In patience? Or are you in need of emotional healing or a support group but don’t know where to start? Realizing we aren’t alone and knowing we are safe and in a supportive environment allows us to begin to feel comfortable sharing our feelings and life circumstances. There are several support groups, Bible studies, programs and small groups available that will strengthen your spiritual walk and support you making the journey of life a little more fulfilling.

“Revival” Renew Women’s Study Saint James United Methodist: Join us on Tuesdays at either 9:30am or 6pm from January 15th to February 26th as we dive in to the New Testament to unleash the spirit of revival in ourselves and in our community!  All women of the community are welcomed during this time of worship, fellowship, and in-depth exploration of the truths of scripture. Teaching by: Rev. Janeese Spencer, Executive Director/Founder Venture Life Coaching. Email for more info or visit to register online.

Divorce Support Group for Women Saint James United Methodist: We were never meant to do life alone. This support group offers an opportunity for women to connect and spiritually encourage one another through the different seasons of divorce. Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Monthly meetings. Email for more information.

Small Groups Church of the Highlands: Small Groups have one, simple purpose: to bring people together. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others and only then can we live the full life He intends for us. Sharing life through community is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Small Groups exist—to make these life-changing relationships relevant and accessible to you. Spring Semester lasts 12 weeks and will open on February 3. There are hundreds of small groups to choose from and whatever you are interested in… fitness, cooking, crafting, parenting, women only groups… there is something for you. These groups fill up fast so mark your calendar and get plugged in.
