Plan On It

As July ends and August arrives, the school-year is quickly approaching. Everyone knows the best part of going back to school is buying those brand new, shiny school supplies. Even though glittered notebooks and light-up pencil sharpeners have been replaced by $100 textbooks and calculators smarter than my phone, there is still something exciting about that fresh feel of new supplies. One way to keep up with everything life throws at you this coming year is with a new daily planner. Studies show that writing something down exponentially increases your chances of remembering it. Here are a few of our favorite stylish planners to keep your life organized this school-year.

Emily Ley Simplified Planner- Online ($$$)

The Simplified Planner is for anyone whose life is anything but simple. Each day comes with its own page, listing out your to-dos as well as your hourly appointments. With an inspirational quote and mindful suggestions, this planner acts as both an organizer and inspiration.

Lilly Pulitzer Planner- Dillard’s ($$)

For the fun and easy-going girl, Lilly Pulitzer has a planner as bright as your life. The Lilly Planner breaks your month into a week-by-week spread. The planner is plastered with some of your favorite Pulitzer prints and comes with a page of stickers to decorate any boring day.

Ashley G Planner- Target ($)

If you only stick to planning for a month or two, opt for the less expensive planner like the Ashley G line at Target. Its cute cover and easy to follow inside make planning less of a chore. The small size and spiral bind makes for an easy throw-and-go kind of schedule.
