All About Speed Dating

Speed Dating parties are based on the incredibly hot, new, exciting way for singles to meet other singles.  Rather than wasting time hanging out in a bar or going on uncomfortable blind dates, speed dating gives singles the ability to meet up to twelve eligible singles with, 6-minute "MiniDates" -- all in one fun evening.

RSVP Montgomery hosts speed dating events at many different venues throughout Montgomery and Prattville. (Location will be listed upon registration).  All events are held on Sunday evening during which time said venues are closed to the public, allowing only participants of the event to attend. Guests register online and then check in the night of the party and receive numbered nametags, special scorecards and seat assignments at one of many tables for two.

After some refreshments and mingling, RSVP Montgomery staff gets the dating started by ringing a bell. After each six-minute date, couples mark their scorecards with a "YES" or "NO", noting whom they would like to hear from again. Each bell ringing signals a move to the next date, men move up the row of tables until the final date is complete. Speed dating eliminates those long first dates allowing you to meet lots of people in one evening!

Your initial party results are received within 24 hours! RSVP Montgomery then emails each guest a list of participants who would like to hear from them again! Odds are you'll have one or more matches (more than two-thirds of speed daters match at least one person).

The idea is that the chemistry between two people occurs within the first few minutes of meeting. You can quickly determine who you would truly like to hear from again.

When: Tuesday, March 30th at 6:30 p.m. Ages 30 - 40(ish)
Where: FILET & VINE (431 Cloverdale Road, Montgomery)

This is a great way to meet potential dates. Everyone attending the event is single and in the same age demographic!

Pre-registration is $20 includes:
appetizers, door prizes, and the follow up e-mail providing you with mutual matches
The cost is $25 to sign up at the event.
